In November 2002 the Boatmart article said the Hov Pod was "like no other craft you have experienced".
In October 2002 the Yachts and Yachting article reported that the Hov Pod has attracted interest from everyone including superyacht owners wanting an unusual tender to sailors who need to visit mooring lines in shallow water.
